Meet Our Team

Michelle Junk

I received my massage therapy education from Colorado School of Healing Arts in Lakewood, CO. While there I earned my Associates of Occupational Studies in Massage Therapy and specialized in Reflexology, Sports Massage and Advanced Neuromuscular Therapy.

I have always been fascinated by massage therapy and how you can help people feel better by touching them. I have always known that I wanted to be a massage therapist since the 6th grade. My technique is integrative, combing the relaxing techniques of Swedish and the therapeutic effects of Deep Tissue into one fluid massage to leave you feeling relaxed but also that some work got done.

When I am not massaging I enjoy relaxing with friends,  doing escape rooms, going out to eat, and just enjoying life.

Kellyn Van Laere
Owner & Therapist

My training started at the Massage Therapy Institute of CO where I graduated in 2009. I then decided to advance my training and education and received my Associate's Degree from the Colorado School of the Healing Arts in 2011. This is currently the highest level of Certification for Massage Therapists in Colorado. Here I completed specific certifications in Neuromuscular Therapy, Sports Therapy, and Reflexology.

I established 7th Element Therapeutics in 2016 after spending over 7 years working in the industry.

Since graduating massage school, I have been helping people of all different walks of life take back their lives from pain, injuries and daily stress. I enjoy incorporating all of my training and education to offer a more abundant box of tools to help fix what may be ailing you.

In my time outside the office, I love to get out and enjoy our beautiful state, from hiking up a mountain to skiing down one! You may also find me curled up with my dogs reading or watching movies, or out adventuring a new section of the world with my husband and new baby boy!

Patricia Cochran

Hello my name is Patricia!

After struggling for the last 15 years with chronic neck pain and migraines, and trying countless therapies to help, I found Massage Therapy to be the only thing that truly assists in relieving my chronic pain.

After coming to this realization, the desire to help others with their chronic pain and migraines by being a Massage Therapist just made sense.

I received my training from the Colorado School of Healing Arts and have been practicing since graduating in 2018. My massage style has developed into a lot of trigger point work! Very slow and specific, making every muscle feel touched.

When I’m not massaging I enjoy going to the lake with my pupper Coco and enjoying live music.

Michelle is a marvelous listener, not only about what body parts need work, but person-to-person relatable and authentic. She actually remember pieces of my life I share with her.

Her technique is marvelous also. Smooth and elongated, never rapid and jerky. I'll almost fall asleep on the table!

I always feel welcomed and comfortable. She's aces!

Aimee M.

I began receiving bodywork from Patricia during Kellyn's Maternity leave. Her work is amazing! She's very thorough and intuitive, so much so that I now see both her and Kellyn for my massages.

Patricia is super sweet and very in tune with where the knots are in my body, sometimes finding them when I didn't even know they were there! I would recommend her any day!
